{"id":855,"date":"2019-07-03T20:13:01","date_gmt":"2019-07-03T20:13:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/resiliencenexus.org\/?page_id=855"},"modified":"2021-10-29T17:49:58","modified_gmt":"2021-10-29T17:49:58","slug":"r4s","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/resiliencenexus.org\/fr\/r4s\/","title":{"rendered":"R4S"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L'approche <strong>R4S<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en 2016 par le Centre d'Innovation et d'Apprentissage en Resilience (RILH pour son sigle en Anglais) de GOAL pour favoriser une approche de r\u00e9silience dans la mise en \u0153uvre des interventions humanitaires et de d\u00e9veloppement et dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension des syst\u00e8mes socio-\u00e9conomiques et de leur r\u00e9action face aux chocs et aux stress. GOAL s'efforce de renforcer la compr\u00e9hension de ces dynamiques, afin de permettre une meilleure programmation qui agit sur les causes profondes de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que les sympt\u00f4mes de fa\u00e7on individuels. Le R4S a pour but de fournir des m\u00e9canismes pour analyser l'\u00e9tat de r\u00e9silience actuel des syst\u00e8mes socio-\u00e9conomiques critiques et conduit \u00e0 des recommandations sur la fa\u00e7on de construire ou renforcer la r\u00e9silience de ces syst\u00e8mes, tout en contribuant finalement \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s plus inclusives et r\u00e9silientes.<\/p>\n<p>L'approche R4S s'applique et combine des outils de la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique (Systems Thinking), de la th\u00e9orie des r\u00e9seaux (Network Theory), de r\u00e9flexions bas\u00e9es sur des sc\u00e9narios (Scenario Thinking), de changement social et comportemental (Social and Behaviour Change), d'inclusion et de r\u00e9silience pour fournir un processus \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape pratique et structur\u00e9. L'une des principales innovations du R4S c\u2019est son outil de cartographie, qui caract\u00e9rise notre fa\u00e7on de travailler et qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer deux aspects importants : la compr\u00e9hension et l'analyse des syst\u00e8mes socio-\u00e9conomiques complexes et leurs mani\u00e8res de r\u00e9agir aux diff\u00e9rents chocs et stress.
